Man avoided mobilization due to a mistake of the TCC — details.


A man in the Cherkasy region avoided mobilization due to an error by a worker at the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC). This information was published in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.
As a result of the court, the individual was found not guilty of evading mobilization due to violations in the documentation process of the TCC. The man is subject to military duty, but due to a misunderstanding regarding the assembly Time, he avoided being sent to the military unit.
According to the court's decision, there was insufficient evidence that the man was warned about the assembly time for mobilization.
