Without TCC: Radical changes in mobilization conditions in Ukraine.

The Government of Ukraine has made changes to the mobilization process to give military unit commanders more authority in forming units. According to the new rules, commanders can invite volunteers without involving territorial recruitment centers (TCC).
This initiative was developed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to simplify the process of attracting citizens to military service during mobilization. Now, commanders can directly select and call up individuals who are ready to defend the Motherland.
The innovation allows conscripts to choose vacant positions in military units, taking into account their civilian professions or skills. This will contribute to the more effective use of human potential in the army.
It is important to note that the changes are also aimed at reducing risks for citizens who may be drafted through TCC to other military units against their will. This provides more flexibility and opportunities for those who wish to serve in specific units.
