The wedding of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and his fiancée Lauren Sanchez will take place on the historic island of San Giorgio Maggiore. The island features a cathedral and a monastery, as well as a wonderful open-air theater. The news was published by The Sun, reported by 'Glavkom'.
It is known that the couple chose this island for their wedding to avoid intrusive paparazzi. This is also very convenient for billionaire Bezos, who seeks to maintain the privacy of the celebration.

The wedding will take place in Italy from June 24 to 26 and promises to be one of the most luxurious and expensive this summer. The ceremony will be held in the open-air theater on the island. The couple and their 200 guests will be accommodated in luxury hotels in the city, as well as on a mega-yacht worth $500 million, owned by Bezos.
One of the event organizers, Morris Seron, said he himself advocated for the wedding to be held in Venice. He noted that the couple learned about the possibility of holding the ceremony in this city from Domenico Dolce.
