Russia announced that it has completely expelled the Defense Forces from the Kursk region. However, this statement turned out to be false, although the situation in the area is far from ideal, reports 'Glavcom' based on DeepState's data.

The military intelligence agency DeepState reported that Ukrainian soldiers are engaged in battles with Russians and Koreans as part of the 'Kursk operation'. The main goal is to eliminate the enemy's logistics and destroy their concentrations.

Russian occupiers are trying to stabilize in the village of Zhuravka, get closer to the village of Bilovody in the Sumy region, and move towards Loknia through the village of Basivka. But so far their attempts have been unsuccessful as the Ukrainian military is doing everything possible to hold their positions and prevent the Russians from continuing their offensive.

Earlier, the General Staff announced that reports of the end of hostilities in the Kursk region are not true.

The official statement from the General Staff indicates that in certain areas of Kursk, a defensive operation is ongoing, the situation is complex, but the Ukrainian troops are holding their positions, executing tasks, delivering fire strikes on the enemy, and using active defense tactics.
