єVidnovlennia plus єOselya: Ukrainians allowed to combine housing certificate with mortgage.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has reported that owners of єVidnovlennia housing certificates can now use them to pay the down payment for the єOselya preferential mortgage program. This innovation will simplify the process of purchasing new housing for those affected by destructions, allowing them to choose more expensive housing.
Owners of destroyed housing who received the єVidnovlennia certificate can now use its funds to cover the mandatory down payment under the єOselya program, which is at least 20% of the housing cost. If the certificate amount is less than the deposit, the difference can be paid with own funds.
The єOselya program offers different interest rates for various categories of citizens. For military personnel, defenders, medical professionals, teachers, and state sector scientists, the rate is 3% for the first 10 years of the loan, then 6%. For other citizens, the rate is 7% for the first 10 years of the loan, then 10%.
The єOselya program is implemented through the "Diia" application, which allows you to apply and get a preliminary decision within 10 minutes without the need to collect documents and visit banks in person. This innovation is the result of the joint work of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Restoration of Ukraine, and PrJSC "Ukrfinzhilo", aimed at improving housing conditions for citizens affected by hostilities.
