The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine condemned the attack on tourists in India.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, officially expressed Ukraine's position regarding the terrorist attack in Indian Pahalgam, condemning it and expressing solidarity with India.
In his post on the X platform (formerly Twitter), Sybiha condemned the act of violence, calling it horrific and unjustifiable.
The minister emphasized that such violence, which results in the death of innocent people, is an unbearable pain and cannot be justified.
On April 22, militants attacked tourists in the Pahalgam region, resulting in at least 20 deaths.
Witnesses reported:
The attack was sudden and occurred in front of the tourists. At first, people thought it was firecrackers, but then they heard screams and gunshots. They began to flee the scene to save their lives. According to Indian police, the shooting occurred off the main roads in mountainous terrain, likely involving two or three militants.
The number of casualties is currently being confirmed, but various sources mention 20-26 fatalities. Information about the nationality of the victims has not yet been disclosed.
A little-known group 'Kashmir Resistance' claimed responsibility for the attack.
