Kyivstar and Diia have launched a new service that simplifies the transfer of numbers from other operators. Now users can verify their identity through the Diia app and receive a Kyivstar SIM card with free delivery, while keeping their usual phone number.
'Diia and Kyivstar care about your Time and comfort', representatives of the company noted, highlighting the importance of the new service for customers.
The number transfer process has become extremely convenient and takes just a few minutes.
An application for number transfer can be submitted on the special website mnp.kyivstar.ua by entering the number to be transferred, verifying identity through Diia, sending a copy of the passport, choosing a tariff plan, and providing an address for free SIM card delivery.
