Ukrhydrometcenter reports that variable cloudiness without precipitation is expected on August 14. At night, the air temperature will be from 9 to 14 degrees Celsius, and during the day it will rise to 22-27 degrees. In Transcarpathia and the southern part of the country, the night temperature will be 12-17 degrees (up to 21 degrees on the sea coasts), and the daytime - 26-31 degrees.
The wind will be predominantly north-west with a speed of up to 5-10 m/s.
In the Kyiv region, variable cloudiness without precipitation is expected. The wind will also be north-west with a speed of 5-10 m/s.
The temperature at night in the Kyiv region will be from 9 to 14 degrees Celsius, and during the day - 22-27 degrees Celsius. In Kyiv itself, the night temperature will be 12-14 degrees Celsius, and the daytime - around 24-26 degrees Celsius.
