The Ministry of Defense allowed the use of a domestic armored vehicle in the Armed Forces.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has approved the domestic armored vehicle UAT-Tisa for use in the Defense Forces. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

A special armored capsule is installed on the UAT-Tisa chassis, which protects the crew from fire. The armored capsule also allows a machine gun to be mounted on a turret.

The vehicle's anti-mine protection withstands the detonation of explosive devices under the wheel and the vehicle floor

It is noted that the armored vehicle has high dynamic characteristics and the ability to maneuver around obstacles. At the same Time, its fuel tanks are sufficient to cover more than a thousand kilometers on a single refueling.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine put into operation the combat module "Tavria". It is equipped with a turret with machine guns and a control system that allows firing at moving targets both day and night. The module has armor protection that defends against bullets and fragments.

Additionally, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine approved the use of the unmanned ground robotic complex "Targan", developed by Ukrainian engineers.
