This means that Ukrainians will again have to switch their clocks to summer time in the spring. The president's office does not comment on the reasons for not signing the draft law. Until the parliament develops a new similar draft law by October 2025, Ukrainians will continue to change their clocks back on October 27 at 4:00, transitioning to winter time.
