Over 80 cases of support for the Russian Federation: how the Czech Republic fights against war propaganda.

The Czech police report that they have examined over 80 cases regarding individuals who supported Russia's aggression against Ukraine during 2024, prompting local representatives to consider raising the relevant topic despite public doubts.
According to the aforementioned data, the country's prosecution has recorded 42 convictions, most of which resulted in fines or suspended sentences.
The majority of convictions were issued in the cities of Prague, Plzen, and Beroun.
The most common offenses remain pro-Russian graffiti and online activity. Cases of support for the conflict in Gaza are also being investigated, although the number of trials in this regard is smaller.
Cases were opened under the sections of the Czech criminal code on approval of a crime (Article 365) and denial, doubt, approval, and justification of genocide (Article 405).
