Today, July 3, a 'Iskander' missile struck one of the berths of Odesa Sea Port. At that Time, people were working at the berth, unloading metal from a foreign vessel from São Tomé and Príncipe. This is reported by 'Glavkom' citing the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper.

According to the authorities, as a result of the attack, two people died: one of them was a dock worker, the other a truck driver. Six others were injured. Among them are employees of one of the port operators, and a driver. Two more are citizens of Syria, members of the crew of a civilian vessel.

«Russia has been shelling our ports for the fourth consecutive year. It attacks infrastructure that connects Ukraine to the world, injuring people who do important work. This shelling indicates that Russia has malicious intent to strike our transport hubs, export capabilities, and the lives of the civilian population. A response from the international community is needed. Attacks on civilian infrastructure cannot go unanswered,» Kiper emphasized.

It should be noted that the Russians struck the port infrastructure of Odesa with a cluster ballistic missile 'Iskander'. Two people have died.
