President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported an increase in the number of shelling from Russia and the use of kamikaze drones. He refers to the report of the Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi. According to him, even with Ukraine's declaration of a response to Russia of equal force, shelling from Russia has increased, and the use of kamikaze drones has doubled. This is observed in the Pokrovsk and Siversk directions. Russia is using a large amount of heavy weaponry.

From 00:00 to 12:00 there were 26 cases of Russian aggression. The President recorded a violation of Russia's promise of a full ceasefire during Easter. Volodymyr Zelensky is ready to provide information to partners about this. He added that this may indicate that Putin does not control his army or that Russia does not intend to end the war and needs positive PR. The President also emphasized that there were no air alarms.

Russia declared a ceasefire, but Ukraine is ready to join a complete cessation of fire and act mirror-like to the Russian Federation. The situation remains tense, and a peaceful resolution of the conflict is not obvious.
