Russia has been attacking Kherson for several hours: there are wounded and one dead.

Since early morning, the Russian army has been attacking Kherson with various types of weapons. At 6:36, the head of the OVA, Prokudin, reported a danger from missiles fired by aircraft. Around 7:20, artillery fire began in the Tavriyskyi district.

After that, the Russians launched drones in the area of the Beryslav highway and over the railway station, where the head of the city military administration, Mrochko, was under fire.

“After the missiles hit the Central District of Kherson, the Russian terrorists shelled this area. Our Kherson army saved us from these shelling. The Russian army does not allow us to fully eliminate the consequences of this shelling,” he said.

Around 8 a.m., Russia began shelling the Tavriyskyi district again. At 8:20, the attack continued.

It is known that there are two wounded: a 70-year-old woman and a 61-year-old man. Both were injured as a result of shelling in the Central District. The woman was taken to the hospital. 

At 8:50, it became known that the Russians killed a local resident of Kherson around 6:30.

“A middle-aged man sustained injuries incompatible with life. Specialists are currently establishing his identity. At the moment of the enemy strike, he was on the street,” said the head of the city military administration Mrochko.

We remind you that on March 27, the Russian occupiers targeted the station in Kherson and the surrounding infrastructure. As a result of the shelling, the train coach No. 110 Kherson-Lviv was damaged, and the train was delayed by one and a half hours. 

According to preliminary data, windows in the station building were shattered, and power and water supply cables were damaged.

Earlier this morning, the Russians shelled an 82-year-old woman with a drone. She suffered injuries incompatible with life.
