Russians struck Odesa region with 'Shahed' drones, a recreation base caught fire.


On the night of May 31 to June 1, the armed forces of the Russian Federation launched an attack on the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odesa region using drones. This was reported by the head of the Odesa regional state administration, Oleg Kiper.
It is noted that as a result of the enemy strike, private houses and a recreation base building were damaged, causing a fire that was quickly extinguished by the State Emergency Service firefighters.
Thankfully, there are no casualties. All necessary services are working to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack. Law enforcement agencies are recording yet another crime committed by Russians against the peaceful population of Odesa region.
On the night of May 31 to June 1, 2025, Russia once again attacked Ukraine, using Shahed strike drones, ballistic missiles, and possibly cruise missiles. Air raid alerts sounded in central, southern, and northern regions for several hours. Local authorities reported explosions caused by air defense operations.
Also, Russian troops attacked Zaporizhzhia, striking critical infrastructure facilities and residential buildings. There are injuries. The enemy used at least seven 'Shaheds' to attack the city.
This news indicates the continuation of Russia's hostile actions on Ukrainian territory, leading to material damages and civilian casualties. Ukrainian services are responding to the attacks and working on protecting the population and mitigating the consequences of enemy actions.
During the nighttime attack by Russian troops on the Odesa region, drones were used, resulting in the destruction of houses and infrastructure. Several attacks also affected the residents of Zaporizhzhia.
