Sybiga at the OSCE: Russia turned the Helsinki Final Act into a laughingstock.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybig criticized Russia's presence in the OSCE
At the OSCE meeting, the issue of Russia's presence in the organization was discussed. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybig harshly criticized Russia for violating 10 key principles of the Helsinki Final Act, which is the founding document of the organization. He emphasized that Russia has turned the Helsinki Final Act into a laughingstock. For three years, the Ukrainian side has been defending its territorial integrity and the values and principles of the OSCE. The most important thing now is to maintain unity and commitment to the interests of the organization and the values of Europe.
In the international dimension, it is important to hold Russia accountable and restore peace in Europe. Andriy Sybig also noted the systematic executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war and the abduction of Ukrainian children by Russia.
Ukraine demands to modernize international humanitarian law, as the existing system for preventing aggressive wars in Europe is failing. Ukraine will lead the modernization process and calls on other countries to join. It is also necessary to realize that there is a new era in Europe's security architecture, which should not be based on impunity and appeasement of the aggressor.
