Serving in Air Defense - who among Ukrainians will receive 100,000 UAH.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is already searching for citizens who want to join the Air Defense (AD) and receive an additional reward of 100,000 hryvnias. This information was shared on the Ministry's Telegram channel.

Who can join the AD

The Ministry reminded that AD groups have been created as part of volunteer formations of territorial communities. Citizens of Ukraine aged 18 and older, who are not subject to mobilization due to age or health conditions, are invited to join.

How will payment occur

Participants will receive state support, medical, professional, and psychological checks, and training to be ready to defend Ukraine's airspace. They will receive a financial reward of up to 100,000 hryvnias per month for participating in combat operations.

Participants' responsibilities

Participants will be engaged in detecting and escorting aerial targets, using equipment and weapons, and receiving support from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Members of volunteer formations can join by signing a contract for three years.

For wounded participants, monetary payments and housing rent benefits are provided.
