The Ministry of Defense reported on the most popular vacancies chosen in Reserve+.

The Ministry of Defense reported that the most popular military professions chosen through the Reserve+ application are in the fields of headquarters, UAVs, IT, transport, and infantry.
This was stated by Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization.
'Our goal is to offer the user in the recruitment service the widest range of vacancies and areas that exist in the Armed Forces. The thesis that 'the military needs everyone' remains relevant today. Because every profession can bring benefits and increase the capabilities of the army,' said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization.
Thanks to the cooperation with the employment platform Lobby X, the service offers one of the largest lists of open vacancies in the Armed Forces - over 6,000. Over 50,000 reviews on these vacancies have already been recorded.
Recruitment in Reserve+ helps users select positions that best match their requests, experience, and preferences. During the job search, users need to complete a short test, such as indicating whether they have completed training in one of the military fields, or in which area the citizen is most knowledgeable.
The vacancies contain detailed descriptions: information about the brigades, their command, achievements, and mentions in the media. The process of selecting vacancies is convenient - there is a filter that helps to search for optimal offers based on selected criteria.
