Pension experts explain that to achieve a pension of 10,000 hryvnias with a salary that is twice the average, one must accumulate at least 25 years of insurance record.

The situation becomes significantly more complicated for those who received an average salary. In this case, to achieve a pension of 10 thousand hryvnias, one must already have 50 years of insurance record, which is practically impossible to realize in real life.

Factors determining the size of the pension

It is worth noting that the amount of pension in Ukraine is determined individually, taking into account three key factors. The first is the official salary level - the higher it is, the larger the coefficient is applied for calculating the pension.
