"Ukrposhta" prepares tariff increase: what and how much will become more expensive.

The National Commission for the State Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radio Frequency Spectrum, and Postal Services (NCEC) has published a draft resolution for public discussion regarding new "Ukrposhta" tariffs.
According to the document published on the official NCEC website, it is proposed to increase the prices for the services of sending domestic ordinary and registered letters without declared value weighing up to 50 grams, as well as postal cards by 13.3%.
The project provides for the following changes:
- The cost of sending domestic ordinary letters without declared value weighing up to 50 grams and postal cards will increase from 17 to 20.4 hryvnias, including VAT.
- For conscript military personnel, the price for similar shipments will rise from 10.2 to 12.2 hryvnias, including VAT.
- The rate for domestic registered letters without declared value (recommended) weighing up to 50 grams and postal cards will increase from 34 to 40.8 hryvnias.
It is worth noting that the last increase in "Ukrposhta" tariffs occurred last year. The new prices, if approved, will reflect the current economic situation and the company's operating costs.
The public has the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the project and provide their comments and suggestions on the NCEC website.
The final decision on the new tariffs will be made after the discussion procedure is completed and all submitted comments are reviewed.
