Inventory of agricultural lands will provide an additional 28 billion UAH for local budgets
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported that the government expects an increase in annual revenues to local budgets by approximately 28 billion UAH thanks to the inventory of all agricultural lands.
He stated this at the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine.
"It is necessary to strengthen interaction in the issue of increasing the tax base of local budgets. One of the key steps is the inventory of agricultural lands - 23% of lands are not entered into the cadastre... All lands must be entered into the cadastre, thanks to which potential additional annual revenues to local budgets will amount to almost 28 billion hryvnias," Shmyhal said.
The Prime Minister noted that to accelerate the land inventory process, the central government and the regions signed a memorandum.
