Ukrainians will celebrate Easter for the fourth consecutive year under martial law conditions. Due to the threat of enemy attacks, strict movement restrictions will be in place at night in most regions. Unfortunately, even holidays do not stop our enemy. Therefore, during the Easter night, movement is only allowed with a special permit and an identification document. Curfew Map for Easter 2025: The curfew will be in effect from midnight to 5 AM in Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast, Vinnytsia Oblast, Volyn Oblast, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast (except for certain districts), Zhytomyr Oblast, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, Lviv Oblast, Ternopil Oblast, Rivne Oblast, Odesa Oblast, Mykolaiv Oblast (except for Ochakiv), Sumy Oblast, and Kharkiv Oblast. A shortened curfew will be in effect in Khmelnytskyi Oblast (from midnight to 3 AM), Kirovohrad Oblast (from midnight to 4 AM), Cherkasy Oblast (from midnight to 4 AM), Chernivtsi Oblast (from midnight to 4 AM), Chernihiv Oblast (from midnight to 4 AM), and Poltava Oblast (from midnight to 4 AM). Strengthened restrictions have also been introduced for certain areas of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Mykolaiv Oblast, Kherson Oblast, Luhansk Oblast, and Donetsk Oblast. In Zakarpattia Oblast, there are no restrictions during the holiday. Violations of the curfew are punishable by fines ranging from 170 to 510 hryvnias, and corrective work or administrative arrest for up to 15 days may be imposed. Local authorities urge citizens to stay home during the curfew. Public transport will not operate during this Time, and the metro will only work as a shelter. During martial law, it is important to adhere to the rules for your own safety.
