How to Convert Deferral to Reservation through 'Diia'

One citizen approached lawyers with a question about converting a deferral, which will end after the internship, into a reservation.

'First, wait until the deferral related to studies ends, and then your organization must register you for a reservation through 'Diia', — explained lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan.' — the lawyer explained.

He emphasized that this step should be coordinated with the management of the company or the person responsible for reservations.

Is it Possible to Have Two Deferrals Simultaneously?

Another lawyer, Vladislav Deriy, noted that it is not possible to have two active deferrals for different reasons simultaneously.

'To obtain a deferral based on a reservation, the deferral due to studies in 'Reserve+' must be terminated, and you should not be wanted', — explained the lawyer.

Deriy advised keeping track of the status of the deferral in 'Reserve+' and as soon as it ends due to the internship, contact the employer for arranging a reservation through 'Diia'.

'You should be automatically reserved within 72 hours without passing TCK', — assured the lawyer.
