The first half of the participants in the Club World Cup play-offs has been revealed

The following teams have advanced to the play-offs of the Club World Cup: Inter Miami, Palmeiras, PSG, Botafogo, Manchester City, Juventus, Bayern Munich, and Flamengo.

The first matchups have also been announced: in the Round of 16, Palmeiras will play against Botafogo, while Inter Miami will meet PSG.

How the matches went

Inter Miami
struck first, with striker Tadeo Allende scoring after a pass from close range to the right post in the 16th minute, and after an hour of play, Luis Suarez doubled the American team's lead with a shot into the left 'nine'.

In the 80th minute, Palmeiras striker Paulinho intercepted a pass and sent the ball into the bottom left corner of the net. Seven minutes later, midfielder Mauricio equalized, setting the final score at 2:2.
