Zelensky: Negotiations with Russia are possible only on the basis of the Ukrainian "peace formula".

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about the possibility of negotiations with Russia during his speech at the UN Security Council meeting. According to him, ending the war is only possible on the basis of the "peace formula." The president noted that some people want to meet with Putin, but nothing positive can be expected from him.
Zelensky confirmed that the "peace formula" is based on the UN Charter. He also criticized countries that propose peace plans that involve concessions to Moscow.
"There are no different versions of the UN Charter for different regions of the world. The sole UN Charter should unite everyone," Zelensky emphasized. He added that the only path to a just peace is clear steps that everyone understands, and this is reflected in the "peace formula."
The president called for unity of actions, without creating new divisions of the world into blocs or regional groups, and said that unity always works in favor of peace.
