Zelensky approved strict personal sanctions by the NSDC: who is on the list.

Imposed sanctions from Ukraine: who do they concern?
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the National Security and Defense Council's decision to impose sanctions against a group of individuals, including Igor Mosiychuk, Oleksandr Bohuslaiev, and Rostyslav Shaposhnikov.
The sanctions also extended to nine legal entities registered in Ukraine, Cyprus, and the Netherlands, as well as Russian citizens, among whom were representatives of the criminal world, participants in propaganda organizations, and owners of gambling businesses.
Mosiychuk has previously been accused of spreading pro-Russian propaganda, with requests made against him earlier. Bohuslaiev is a figure in investigations related to the activities of his father, who is in custody on suspicion of assisting Russia.
The company UKR GAME TECHNOLOGIES and the online casino operator Pin-UP were also under sanctions. According to the State Bureau of Investigation, Pin-UP leaders were involved in illegal collection of personal data, including data about the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and financed participants of the 'SVO' group.
It is noteworthy that Volodymyr Zelensky has previously expressed negative attitudes towards delaying the signing of a memorandum with Russia.
