The Russian army cannot send its troops to other attack directions on the territory of Ukraine due to the operation taking place in the Kursk region. This was stated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in his video address. He also emphasized the bravery of Ukrainian soldiers and their role in the fights against Russian occupiers. Zelensky noted that Ukrainian military needs support from partners, including from America, Britain, and Germany. He also reported on today's briefing, where the issue of protecting the Ukrainian sky was discussed. A meeting with the head of European diplomacy Josep Borrell took place, during which the supply of a million shells for Ukrainian artillery by the end of the year was agreed upon. Zelensky acknowledged the damage to the residence of the Ambassador of Estonia in Ukraine, which indicates the need to strengthen protection against Russian terror and pressure on Russia. He called for sanctions against schemes to circumvent sanctions and called on European partners to understand the consequences of such trade with Russia. Zelensky also awarded 857 defenders of Ukraine who showed bravery and selflessly served in the army.
