How to independently get rid of airlocks in radiators: advice from "Naftogaz".

Simple solution for removing airlocks in radiators
One of the most common problems of insufficiently hot radiators is the formation of airlocks in them. Experts from "Naftogaz" offer a simple solution that can be done independently.
First of all, it is necessary to turn off the boiler or heating system. Next, you need to find the air release valve, which is usually located at the top of the radiator. This is a small valve with a hole for a special key or hex wrench.
Turn the valve counterclockwise. You should hear air coming out of the radiator. Close the valve clockwise when water starts to flow out of it.
The final step is to check the pressure in the system and turn on the heating.
If the problem reoccurs, experts recommend contacting a specialist. It is also important to choose reliable models of radiators that match the parameters of your heating system, which will ensure efficient heating and cost savings.
Recall that earlier "Naftogaz" mentioned whether Ukraine will have enough gas for the heating season.
