Defense Forces: Occupiers are breaking through to the border of three regions.

Spokesman of the Southern Defense Forces Vladislav Voloshin reported that the situation is becoming increasingly tense in the Novopavlivka direction, with occupiers attempting to break through to the border of Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, and Donetsk regions. He stated this during a telethon, as reported by 'Glavcom'.

'In the Novopavlivka direction, the situation is becoming increasingly tense, the enemy conducted 23 combat clashes in the last day. Fierce battles are ongoing there, and the enemy is trying to break through to the border of Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, and Donetsk regions. Additionally, tension continues in the Orikhiv direction,' he said.

According to Voloshin, the enemy is trying to breach the line of contact in the area of Mali Shcherbaky, Lobkove, and Stepove and seize a foothold near Zaporizhia.

'From there, the enemy can influence our logistics routes that go from Zaporizhia to the east of the Zaporizhia region, and shell Zaporizhia and its suburbs. Furthermore, recently, the situation has become tenser in the Dnipro and Kherson directions,' noted Defense Forces spokesman Voloshin.

Meanwhile, in the Kherson direction, the number of attempts by the enemy to seize islands on the Dnipro has increased.

Recall, the Russian Federation has launched a new stage of a large-scale offensive, increasing pressure on the Sumy and Kharkiv regions.

Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi confirmed the intensification of hostilities in the northern direction.

The general reminded that Russia has not achieved significant strategic victories, although it has actively used manpower for tactical advantages. However, the enemy's approach has remained unchanged since then.
