The Air Force Named the Weapon of the Future.


The head of the Communications Department of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Yuriy Ihnat, denied the information regarding the use of Russian laser weapons. During a live telethon, he stated that there is currently no evidence of such use against Ukrainian drones.
'This is the weapon of the future. Several countries already have it in their arsenal.'
Ihnat acknowledged the potential of developing laser weapons and other systems of armament, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive approach to creating an effective defense system in future conflicts.
American Support in Air Defense
A representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted the importance of American support in the field of air defense, particularly the supply of missile systems to counter potential Russian threats.
'We do not comment on the logistics of supply. But it is obvious that every missile for air defense is extremely important to us. This is the only way to effectively counter massive strikes when mobile fire groups or air defense drones cannot respond in Time.'
