In Warsaw, a working session titled 'Reconstruction of Ukraine's energy infrastructure and preparation for winter in Ukraine and Moldova' took place, with German Galushchenko participating. The minister highlighted the devastating consequences of Russian attacks on the Ukrainian energy system and outlined key recovery directions for objects to ensure its stability and security.
Priorities for the future
Minister Galushchenko mentioned that in the coming years, Ukrainian energy will focus on the robustness and protection of energy infrastructure, ensuring energy supply and security, as well as increasing the capacity of distributed generation. Special attention will be given to issues of gas supply and the import of blue fuel due to the destruction of part of Ukraine's gas production capacities by Russia.
The possibility of importing electricity from Europe and the development of renewable energy sources in Ukraine was also discussed. Galushchenko concluded his speech with words about the importance of cooperation and solidarity in addressing future energy challenges.
'Three years of constant attacks on energy infrastructure, and we still have light, we have heat, and there are no restrictions for our citizens. This is truly an incredible result with your support.
